MACSA IS  FINALIST OF THE 10TH EDITION OF THE NATIONAL MACHINE TOOL DESIGN AWARD WITH THE iLASERBOX WORKSTATION AND NANO-D

The nomination was announced during the 27th BIEMH show which hosted 1.171 exhibitors from 25 countries

During the BIEMH International Machine-Tool Exhibition hold in Bilbao in the end of May 2012, it took place the 10th Edition of the National Machine Tool Design and Innovation and Production Technologies Award. The event was organized by AFM, Advanced Manufacturing Technologies, supported by BEC and Beaz (Bizkaia’s Innovation Agency). Macsa was finalist in the Design and Innovation of Accessories, Components and Tools of Machine-Tools award.

AFM Advanced Manufacturing Technologies President, Mr José Ignacio Torrecilla, and CDTI General Director, Ms Elisa Robles, have awarded the prize of this 10th edition. The jury was made up by EIDE, IHOBE, the Basque Government, SPRI, TECNUN, the University of the Basque Country, Ergogroup and Osalan, as well as three independent experts. Design, ergonomics and security as well as technological and innovation criteria have been considered to award the prizes.

MACSA has been finalist with the products NANO D, a small low-cost laser marker, and iLASERBOX, a compact, intuitive, user-friendly and easy to install Workstation.
