Manresa, November 28th 2013.- MACSA ID, a family-run business providing traceability, coding and marking solutions to more than 70 countries, has launched the new labelling machine idBlocks, which provides the most efficient solution to the flexibility needs of the labeling applications. idBlocks is made of removable modules that can be easily fixed to the machine so that they can be replaced or changed very fast to adapt to the labeling needs.

The modules are made of high quality materials such as anodized aluminum, technical plastics and very strictly selected components. This gives to the idBlocks a high reliability and best performance.

Thanks to its modular design, a wide range of standard models are available. More than 100 options make able to choose the right labeler to meet the application need. It is thus possible to apply the labels on any product area, from different distances and adapt to the product surface.

idBlocks offers a wide range of label applicators to satisfy the most demanding market needs and the highest adaptability to all production lines. This makes possible to print on any product area, from several distances and adapt to the product surface. Furthermore, some accessories can be added as standard part of the machine such as: consumables alarm, IP protection, scanners etc.

High speed labeling 
idBlocks has a wide range of labeling systems that maximize the labeling speed on all production lines. Thanks to the powerful labeling system by air ejection it can apply more than 300 labels by minute. Its servo-electric applicator combines the excellent printing quality with the label application at high speed. Furthermore, its servomotors make able to label up to 250 pallets per hour at 2 labels by pallet, compared to the 120 pallets per hours with the pneumatic version.
